Please read before booking

Terms & court rules

Every booking at Court6 is made under these terms. You'll be asked to accept them before your court is held.

In short: payments are final and non-refundable. Wear non-marking court shoes, stay in your own court, and follow staff instructions.

Booking Terms & No-Refund Policy

This agreement ("Booking Terms") is between you, the person making the booking, and Court6. By ticking the acceptance box and submitting a booking, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and every player in your group.

  1. 1. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is verified

Your selected court is held for 15 minutes while you pay. A booking becomes CONFIRMED only after Court6 has checked that the full payment reached our account. Uploading a screenshot does not by itself confirm a booking. Unpaid holds are released automatically.

  2. 2. All bookings are final and NON-REFUNDABLE

Once payment is made, it will not be refunded, in whole or in part, for any reason on the player's side, including cancellation, no-show, late arrival, leaving early, illness or injury, change of plans, or bringing fewer players than booked.

  3. 3. Rescheduling

As a courtesy (not a right), a confirmed booking may be moved once if you ask at least 24 hours before your start time, subject to court availability and management approval. A moved booking stays non-refundable. Price differences are settled at the front desk.

  4. 4. If Court6 cancels

If we have to cancel or cut short your session for reasons on our side (for example a power interruption, an emergency, or urgent facility maintenance), you will be offered a free reschedule or a booking credit of equal value for the unused time.

  5. 5. Playing time

Sessions start and end exactly on the booked hour. Please arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrival does not extend your session, and the court must be cleared on time for the next group.

  6. 6. Players

Up to 10 people per court. Players under 18 need a parent or guardian's permission, and children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  7. 7. Assumption of risk and release

Pickleball is a physical sport with a risk of injury. You confirm that you and your group are fit to play and take part at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by Philippine law, Court6, its owners and staff are not liable for injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

  8. 8. Damage

You are responsible for damage to the courts, nets, lighting or facilities caused by misuse or by breaking the Court Safety Rules, and agree to pay the cost of repair.

  9. 9. Conduct and right to refuse service

Every player must follow the Court Safety Rules and staff instructions. Court6 may stop a session or remove anyone who breaks the rules, behaves unsafely or abusively, or is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, without refund.

  10. 10. Your information

We use your name, mobile number and email only to manage your booking, verify payments and contact you about it, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Payment screenshots are kept privately as proof of payment.

  11. 11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version you accepted when booking applies to that booking.

Court Safety Rules

For everyone's safety and to protect the playing surface, all players and guests must follow these rules at all times.

  1. 1
    Proper footwear only

Clean, non-marking court or indoor shoes are required. No street shoes, slippers, sandals, spikes or bare feet on court.

  2. 2
    Pickleball only

Courts are for pickleball with pickleball paddles and balls only. No other sports, ball games or equipment.

  3. 3
    Players per court

Maximum of 10 people per court. Players who are waiting stay outside the court lines.

  4. 4
    Stay in your court

Never cross another court during a rally. Walk along the central aisle or behind the baselines. If your ball rolls onto another court, call “ball on court”, wait for their rally to end, and ask for it back.

  5. 5
Warm up and play within your limits

Warm up before playing, stay hydrated, and stop immediately if you feel dizzy, unwell or injured. Tell the front desk right away; a first-aid kit is kept there.

  6. 6
Keep the floor dry and clear

Water only, in closed or spill-proof bottles, and no food on the courts. Wipe up spills and report wet spots straight away. Keep bags, bottles and gear off the court and out of the aisle and exits.

  7. 7
    Respect the equipment

Do not sit on, lean on, hang from or move the nets, posts or divider netting. Do not throw or slam paddles.

  8. 8
No smoking, vaping, alcohol or drugs

Not allowed anywhere inside the facility. Anyone under the influence will be asked to leave.

  9. 9
    Children

Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times, on and off the court.

  10. 10
    Good conduct

No foul language, harassment or aggressive behaviour. Follow staff instructions and the emergency exit signs.

  11. 11
    Finish on time

Leave the court promptly when your session ends and take your belongings and rubbish with you.
